Pat is a great resource for all staff. She is actively involved with training new staff and nursing students. Pat is very engaged in making the department safe and run more efficiently. Her strongest suit is being a patient advocate. She routinely works with social workers anddischargeplanning to help make sure a patient is being discharged to a safe environment.
