I came to have my gall bladder removed. I was pretty nervous because I've never had surgery before. I was also in a lot of pain. The staff at this hospital has provided the absolute best service I've ever experienced and is what I've always thought a hospital should be like. The nurses were so attentive to my needs. I want to nominate someone my wife and I feel like is family now - Suja.
Suja has a great gift for empathy and compassion. I can tell she is super intelligent and pays great attention to detail which made me feel safe and supported as I went through my ordeal. I can't tell you how many times I would reach for the nurse call button and have her walk in before I pushed it. I think any company that was worth anything should want every employee to be like Suja. She is special and I will always remember her.
This hospital is what all hospitals should be like. "Dignity" is more than just a name to you. Also, I really appreciated the morning Christian message every day on the loudspeaker.

Suja is one of the "Best" nurses my husband has had. He isn't exactly easy and she has been right on her game. Suja has the most patient, understanding and kind bedside manner we have experienced.
We hope we don't need to return, but if we have to, we wish we could request nurses. Suja would be in demand!
