Jacqueline is very caring, compassionate, and understanding. She lives like a grateful person, wonderfully. She took the time to be with me, instead of ignoring me. She has insight and wisdom. She helped calm me down, and helped me focus and ground myself. Even though I may have argued with other staff, I could never bring myself to argue with her. She is such a beautiful person, inside and out. She radiates happiness and calmness. She could visibly tell when I was upset and showed sincere concern! She was the best thing about my stay. She went above and beyond!

She is always aware of my presence. She can tell when I'm not feeling well and she is always there to do whatever she can to make me feel better. She is like a mother. She is always smiling, always happy. She tries to cheer me up when I am down. She is an awesome nurse and an amazing person. I love her like family.
