When Perla is here you know everything will run smooth and the patients will be well cared for. As an MD I rely on Perla to make sure my patients are well cared for and for her to know what is happening with the patients.

She is a caring individual, with great skills and knows everything that is happening on the unit. She has a warm heart and compassion for those she cares for and the staff looks to her for guidance.

She makes sure the moms and babies are well cared for and the families leave here with the skills they need to take care of their newborn.
