My mother was in the hospital during the fall. She received excellent care from all of her nurses but Connie went above and beyond. Connie became a part of our family. Not only did she show excellent knowledge but extraordinary compassion. I remember telling her that my mom always wanted the first cup of coffee in the morning. During her shift, she would make a pot of coffee, make sure to get the first cup and fix it the way mom liked it. It takes an extraordinary person to go the extra steps to make her patients feel better. I can't express enough how much I truly thank Connie for what she did for my mom.
