A patient wrote: "Kelly Seider made me feel like I was her only patient, she was there for me, she really LISTENED to me. I felt comfortable to tell her what was wrong with me and handled it with such compassion and understanding and worked as quickly as possible to help me. I had a melt-down, I couldn't stop crying and she simply sat with me, listened to everything. I needed to vent and she listened and showed me she had the best sense of humor. Just to see her walk into my room made me smile and feel better. She is GREAT."

A wife of a patient shared: "We had a very difficult 48 hours in the hospital, we both felt as if no one knew of a plan. Kelly went out of her way to get unanswered questions answered she took the time to listen to our concerns and made sure we felt comfortable, she would go out of her way until I felt comfortable and would check in with both of us before her shift ended. For the first time, I felt comfortable going home and getting much needed rest. She made sure his BiPap was ready and his meds were managing my husband's pain. I depended on her, above all, I trusted her, she was OUTSTANDING. Kelly made this stay a healing one, she sets nursing standards high and patients and families are thankful for that."

A son explains the care Kelly gave to his dying mother: "You were the first person who truly examined mom from head to toe, through our toughest crisis, having to make a decision to go towards hospice care or not, you gave us comfort as you managed several caregivers involved in my mom's care. You kept my family informed, you were excellent with your hands-on approach... through all the difficult blood draws and other medical things you needed to do you were gentle with mom. You were our HERO.
