Renate exudes warmth, humility and compassion for her patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure my father and I are comfortable and have everything we need. Renate has and continues to be a source of strength for me. She is one of my "rocks" when I need support and a caring word.
Renate is humble and provides her care quietly. She is kindhearted and treats everyone with respect and understanding. Renate is a great listener and not only does she understand her patients' need, but the family's needs as well. She is seen as someone who stands out as a role model for other staff. She has always made us feel that nothing is too big or small of a request and promptly addresses any needs. She is empathetic to our needs and shows sincere concern for our worries and takes time to listen and I am forever grateful to her for that.
I am very grateful and appreciative of the fact that I could always count on Renate when I wasn't able to be at the hospital to be my eyes and ears and care for my father as I would if I were there. I have nothing but the deepest gratitude for Renate and thankful that she is part of our care team.
