Mr. L.C. called today to give recognition to a Cardiac Cath Lab RN, Lisa Thienard. The patient had a stent procedure in the Cath Lab. He stated that he was in really bad shape. He had not slept in three days due to his anxiety about the procedure.

He said that Lisa just made him feel so much at ease. "She gave me exceptional care. Her way of soothing me was very rare." The patient's son was with him throughout most of the procedure. He also commented that Lisa was a wonderful person to talk to; she had excellent customer service.

Lisa provided extraordinary care to this patient and he wants to make sure she is given the recognition she deserves.
