I would like Terry Conner to be recognized for the outstanding nurse that she is. Terry demonstarates excellent nursing prace to patients, families and co-workers daily. She typically works in the Nursery but is willing to help all of us if needed. Terry only takes care of the babires but includes the entrie family. Terry's warm compassionate personality is felt by everyone. When coming to L & D to help with a section Tery proceeded to help everyone in the room. She takes student and new grads in and supports them throught the process. When my sister-in-law was a ptient Terry gave her the little additiona support she needed to breastfeed her baby. Terry made her feel like she was the only patient and new mom on the floor. Terry is confident, exceited and willing to teach others. she has the biggest, kindest, caring heart of anyone I know.
