Oksana was very observant and paid attention to one of her patients who was complaining of abdominal pain. She alerted me to the situation and we facilitated an ultrasound of the abdomen for the patient. The ultrasound showed acute changes that required emergency surgery. I commend Oksana for her attentiveness as an RN, as she had significant influence over the care and management of this patient that truly saved his life. Thank you Oksana.
