Kim never fails to do her job to the best of her ability. She goes out of her way to help anyone in need. She doesn’t mind if something is not her job title she will help with garbage, and linen. There is no other nurse who jumps to call lights, and to when you ask for help. Mercy hospital would not be the same.

Kim is such a kind individual. Helpful to others, dignified. She is an awesome example of a “The Total Nurse”—kind, compassionate, humble. “Kim does not sit by idle while her co-workers are drowning in work. She steps right in, goes above and beyond what is required and asked of her and truly is a team player. She is gentle and compassionate, and very personable with patients and their families, always finding some common ground in which to bond with them. Kim is the ultimate nurse! She is definitely an asset for St. Joseph Mercy.

I recently started at Mercy and Kim made me feel welcome, always so cheerful and happy. Especially with the patients. She is an amazing nurse. Kim is the best.

She is an outstanding caregiver and understanding, my son comes in and is very ill and she makes his day just to see her. She goes above and beyond our commitment.
