When we took our son home to pass away, Pru Opheim told us what to expect and stayed with us until he passed away. She helped us remove all of his tubes and wires and get him cleaned up and she took time once she was back in Seattle to send us some papers to help us cope. She also sent us a card and we truly appreciated all she did in helping us deal with this difficult time.
