My mother was admitted to the ICU. Our family was extremely apprehensive and concerned about her health as she was having difficulty breathing. Throughout the whole stay, our fears and concerns were promptly addressed by Janice Connolly. I cannot say enough about how appreciative our family is for all her care and meticulous details in addressing all our questions in regard to our mother's health and plan of care. She was amazingly professional and courteous throughout the whole stay and we wouldn't have been able to leave every day without the confidence of her being there and taking care of our mother. It is especially difficult with understanding medical terms and dealing with the stress of a loved one in the hospital.
However, throughout the whole recovery, Janice provided a warm smile and superb care as it only could be a reflection of her expertise and wealth of knowledge. She kept us informed and even provided handouts when we were facing a difficult decision on what interventions would be best.
Our family wanted to express our thanks and appreciation for a wonderful nurse and cannot thank you enough for helping our mother recover and hopefully return home to her family.
