My grandmother was recently admitted to St. Joseph's Hospital for a stomach ulcer. When I arrived to the room, I was promptly greeted by RN Jon with a smile and a handshake. He was incredibly polite and extremely attentive throughout my grandmother's stay.
Jon would never make us feel that his time was more important than my grandmother's needs. He would come to the room to explain procedures, ask/answer questions and share his knowledge.
I experienced many medical staff, and without a doubt, Jon models the ideal. He is professional, kind, very smart and is built for this job.
He is patient care to the fullest extent.
