The Veteran complimented Ms. Pauldin for including him in his care and for her compassion and kindness. The Veteran stated, "She always listened to my needs before making any suggestions. When bringing medications, she always stated the name of the medications and the reason I was receiving it. She never left my room without asking if there was anything that I needed."
