Patty Alt started out as an LPN Charge Nurse on the night shift. Eventually she finally got to work the day shift. Her basic role is charge nurse on the weekends and during the week she assists the RNAC in preparing the MDS assessment tool. Her latest new role has been reviewing the infections in the building. She monitors all infections and reports the findings to the Infection Control Nurse. She has become very proficient in analyzing and reporting new infections.
