Crystal was very compassionate and empathetic with my Mom who had a hip replacement. Her tone, gestures, and body language demonstrated that she cares and is genuine. She is well rounded, professional and one can tell she loves her career. Crystal took the time to educate us about why she was doing something. My Mom was hesitant to take pain medication but Crystal was able to communicate in detail the benefits of taking them during the first 24-48 hours post op and Mom listened to her. The result was Mom wasn't in severe pain and could do the things that she needed to do to speed her recovery.

She had great follow up, her response times were quick, and she made a lasting impression.
