Sara Rogers cared for a gentleman in the ICU. His wife wrote a letter to Sara and her manager about what a difference Sara made in not only her husband’s hospital stay but hers. She felt Nurses were always helpful and caring but felt Sara went above and beyond and helped with the fear and uncertainty one feels when the loved one is in the ICU.
