While in the NICU for a year, Jessica Lencke gave us extra special care. She was always on top of things and was able to trouble shoot ideas to help figure out the unique symptoms our baby had. Jessica openly expressed her opinions to the doctors, giving them insights that truly helped in our baby's treatment. She also learned with us and she was sure to question the doctor if she didn't understand the reason for the treatment that was being suggested. Jessica used her own free time to research and educate herself about the medical issues our baby had. She was very supportive to our family and we truly felt that our baby was in very capable hands when she was scheduled to care for her.
