Adam is a relatively new addition to the floor, but has established himself as one of the hardest working nurses on the floor. From his first day here he was able to gain the trust of the staff and contributed to the care of all the patients on the floor. Patients always rave about Adam's fantastic care; he does an excellent job of advocating for their pain, encourages patients to get up and ambulate, always keeps them comfortable, and always has patient safety in the back of his mind. Adam does a great job of assisting on the floor, always available to start an IV, help turn a patient, or willing to help administer medications if another nurse is in a pinch. Adam does all of this and has the most positive attitude while doing so. He always has a smile on his face and never a negative attitude. Adam is a fantastic addition to the floor and we are all glad to have him.
