Lyndsy Bragg, who works at the MaineGeneral Emergency Room in Augusta, displayed a very articulated, methodical, safe approach to dealing with a very hostile patient in an otherwise busy, chaotic environment. In essence, Lyndsy utilized an approach that was unscripted, on task, truthful as to what the situation was currently, what the expectations were at all times of the patient, due respect given at all times as well. Such mannerisms of anyone are so difficult to emulate and nurture. Given my 35 years of law enforcement experience, I would be proud to have her on my team. We are fortunate.
