Ashtin showed me so much about her caring nature and of her skillful nursing knowledge. She was friendly, yet professional and effective as we were speaking of my health issues and needs.
She went above and beyond to help me understand what I would need and how to get it as I was getting ready to transition to home.
I have recently moved to Indiana from another state and I know no one. I do not know of local resources either. And, I do not have family here so need to rely on myself.
Ashtin took the initiative to be sure I had what I needed. She spent extra time with me. She wrote out and described the equipment and resources I may need at discharge. She made sure I knew what I needed and how to get it in order to assure that I would be successful and safe after discharge from the hospital.
