My mom recently spent a couple days in the ICU at Lankenau Medical Center. While all the staff I encountered during her brief stay were good and provided a high level of quality care, I was particularly impressed with Emily Reese. She was extremely empathetic, personable, professional and was amazingly on top of things related to my Mom's care. I am a pharmacist by training, and started my career with 10 years at Jefferson and have also had numerous experiences on the 'family' side of the fence with both Mom and Dad over the recent years dealing with their hospitalizations as they age, and as such, I know what great, good, and unfortunately poor care looks like. Emily has been about the best I have encountered from either perspective.
