Monica took care of my uncle at the end of his life. Monica made sure that my uncle was as comfortable as possible. Besides my uncle being very sick, he was also deaf. Monica was very patient and understanding when it came to communicating with my uncle. When my uncle was near the end of his life and could no longer communicate, she ensured that he was always cleaned up, and as comfortable as possible.

Not only did Monica take care of my uncle, but she took care of my family. Ensuring that we were okay, offering to help any way that she could. By respecting my uncle, and taking EXCEPTIONAL care of him, that helped my family with the process. Monica is an example of how nurses make the world a better place.
