Val has made a very scary situation as comfortable as I could possibly imagine. She thoroughly explained every process and every med along the way. She personalized her visits with me and made sure I did not feel like just another sick person in a bed. She has gone above and beyond. She is 100% about doing things the right way and making the patient feel as good as she possibly can.
