Our father was brought into Kaiser in full renal failure with a gall bladder infection, fully septic, with underlying heart issues. Ronda took command of his care as though he was a member of her family. She was as dedicated to saving him that she stayed at his side through her breaks until she felt the right backup could relieve her post at his side. Ronda made us feel safe in a truly life threatening situation. We felt absolutely confident in her skill that we didn't feel the need to be self-advocates for our father because she unequivocally was his advocate. We were able to simply focus on him! She was compassionate, honest and direct in all her communications to us. There was no higher compliment than when the physician stated the next morning, "you fixed him". We cannot thank Ronda enough for saving our father! She is not just a DAISY, she is our angel.
