I have never experienced such compassion, care, understanding, thoroughness, patience, and kindness as I have with Jalynn, not only with me but also with my family. She certainly deserves the DAISY Award. You don't find many like her. She held my hand and listened as I would talk to her. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable in my bed and had the right support under my head, so it wouldn't be so painful. She made sure that I had soft food and soothing food for my throat. She even got a cold rag and wiped my face and neck. She treated me like a person and not just a patient. She made sure I wasn't disturbed and got rest. She even made sure when my husband was there that he was comfortable also. She always took time to get what I needed and never made me wait. She got it right away. She is truly one in a million, she is my friend and I will never forget her.
