Nicole was told a patient would be placed on comfort care and that all he wanted was to have his brother there. Unfortunately, his brother is no longer able to drive and had no way to see him. Without a second to think, Nicole immediately offered to pick up the patient's brother and bring him to see his dying brother. She found a service to provide him a ride and paid for it. She always goes above and beyond and didn't stop there. She then offered to take the patient's brother home and bring him back at any time he needed. She always shows compassion and is amazing in every way.

This is just one example of how Nicole goes above and beyond for her patients and their families every day. She is an excellent role model for compassion in action.
