During my time here at VRBH I have come to know Esther as a very compassionate and extremely competent nurse. Esther is always very professional and very knowledgeable about her patients. When I round in the CCU, she is typically at the bedside with me and able to answer questions about her patient and I've noted that she is very engaged during those rounds. I truly appreciate the way that Esther takes care of my patients. In this time where many nurses seem to be task-oriented, it is very refreshing to find a nurse who takes patient care seriously and has critical thinking skills. Esther is truly an asset to the patients and the medical staff at VRBH. She is very compassionate, caring, and supportive.
