We came to the PICU as my daughter was having seizures due to leptomeningeal metastases of her Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer. Jacqueline demonstrated exceptional bedside manner with our daughter. She held her hand, talked to her about what was happening, had a gentle approach and demonstrated a high focus on her patient. She also cared for the family (myself, husband, our twins etc.), showing a high level of empathy. She connected via personal experiences without being overbearing. She made our time here better; even though the circumstances were dire. I would love to give my heartfelt thanks.

Jacqueline set the bar very high for caring for our son. She was knowledgeable, calm, and demonstrated exceptional communication during her shift. She made sure we were included and understood every aspect of everything she was doing. Her excellence and expertise made the unit as a whole shine.
