Since we give teddy bears out to our pediatric patients, Bud wanted to give something to our adult population that could use a smile. He purchased some special stones and called them the "Lucky Stones" to give to them. One of our patients was brought to tears over this simple gesture of kindness. Bud is an Extraordinary Nurse with years of experience and is always looking for ways to improve patient care. This may sound simple, but it made a difference in the care this patient received.
