Ida has consistently displayed compassion while keeping us informed of our son's care. She made me and my family feel confident in his treatment. Ida always made sure we were comfortable and felt at ease. Ida was an angel to us and made our stay as pleasant as it could possibly be.

Ida took such good care of my premature son, me and my husband! She was supportive and reassuring when we were most worried about our son. All of the NICU nurses are phenomenal. Ida stood out and really provided exceptional care to us.
