My mother has been in the hospital for a long time, and the time she has spent at Starr has been an answer to my prayers. Hope Coe, RN has been a true Godsend. I prayed for everyone to take care of my mother the way they would care for their own mother. Hope has sat with Mom and held her hand, cried with us, comforted her, and has truly gone above and beyond. One day I was upset, and Hope sat beside me and held me as I cried and comforted me. Yesterday Hope took the time to braid my mother's hair, put a pair of scrubs on her, and took her out to the desk so she wouldn't be alone. I am so grateful for Hope! My mother doesn't want to leave her, and I honestly don't want to leave the hospital either. I love Hope, thank you!
