Lucy has gone above and beyond. She treats patients like family. She explains everything. If she feels something is not right she takes care of it. I can honestly say I trust her. She is a wonderful nurse.

Amazing smile and personality, polite, and attentive to our every need. Very professional in administering medications and care. Tells you what she is doing and why, explains procedures and forms before filling them out. Goes beyond her job expectations. Lucy knows I love coffee in the mornings and would go get it from another unit for me in the mornings because our unit was under construction.
