Anthony is often described by patients as a caring and professional nurse. Anthony takes the time to get know all of his patients and their families. He goes above and beyond for every patient and his co-workers. Their requests are never burdensome and he will always make extra time for anyone in need. Anthony brings empathy and humor to the bedside and his patients enjoy being cared for by "such a remarkable young man," a quote from one of his admirers!

Anthony's clinical skills equally match his dedication and compassion. Anthony is a true patient advocate. Anthony is an excellent choice for our first DAISY Award here at Aria. It is very exciting that he has been chosen for this award. However, I believe not only is Anthony a winner, his patients are the true winners to have been cared for by such an exceptional nurse.

Anthony is very humble. He will be asking himself how he was chosen for such as award? I will tell you that if you were ever a patient and were able to choose your nurse, you would choose Anthony. We are so proud to have Anthony as a member of the HRT unit and we are especially proud of his accomplishments. It is my pleasure to be his manager.
