I've known Zandro Tejada as a highly skilled specialized nurse in critical care. He is one of the resource nurses at Suburban Hospital. Every time that I'm in the hospital I have always asked him to see me just for a hug and kiss. His smile and energy wakes up my spirit. He is the ONLY nurse who could start an IV in one try. Aside from that his interpersonal skills is exemplary. His relationship to his patients and other members of the health team is extraordinary.
I was so intrigued by this person, I really wanted to know what is behind him. I have Googled his name and it popped up that he is really an amazing nurse. He finished his masters in Australia as full time scholar as a matter of fact his research work has been published in his field of expertise. He is certified in critical care and a former professor at Catholic University and Howard University respectively.
Interestingly, he was named as one of the 100 extraordinary nurses in Washington DC in 2011. This explains why, he presented himself as a highly professional nurse.
