I first met Amanda when she was assigned to the Dr's team. I came to her at my most vulnerable time; I was depressed and contemplating suicide. She took the time to really get to know me, for me. About a year later, Amanda had been assigned to the clinic's front office. She always greets me by my first name. I had been in and out of the clinic with chronic back pain. This particular day, I was in such severe pain I was crying. She didn't make me wait, she came around from behind the desk and took me to a room and got me calmed and settled and had the doctor come to see me within 5 minutes. She went above and beyond for me. It turned out I had a herniated disk. I am so grateful for her helping me find reasons to live when I was in such pain.
