Shanty was not my nurse, but I asked her to help me. She was more than willing and also helped the nurse who was so busy. She is priceless nurse to all her co-workers.

Shanty is loved by everyone. She is a perfect example of what a nurse should be. She goes above and beyond on a daily basis. Patients whom she has taken care of a number of years ago still remember her and the excellent care she provided. I look up to her. She shares her vast knowledge with her fellow employees and patients. She has a great rapport with the physicians. A true patient advocate.

We are overly pleased with the treatment Shanty gave to my husband and me. She took the time to explain everything to us. She went over and above her duty making sure I was able to talk to the doctor, knew what was happening with every procedure, and most of all making us feel very comfortable and positive with each procedure. She's always smiling. I have never felt so secure as I did with this nurse.
