Katelyn first came into the room with a smile and I could tell she loves her job. She introduced herself to me then asked me my name and said nice to meet you. Very professional. I am a 58-year-old woman and have had a lot of IVs in my life, she performed the best IV I have ever had. I had to look at my arm to make sure it was in. Every other IV always hurt being put in, but not her IV. She also held a conversation with me while putting it in about the holidays coming up. She continued checking on me to see if I was alright and if I needed anything. Just a very nice and pleasant person. If every person was like Katelyn it would make this world a better place, I thank her for her kindness. Now if I come to this hospital again I will definitely ask for her. She is an example of a woman who loves her job.
