Erica was amazing. She assisted my grandfather, my uncle, and myself with a very confusing hospice situation. We were told that he was not approved for at-home hospice. He was later assessed and was approved. We were so confused, and communication was poor until Erica stepped in as a liaison for us. She was an excellent, compassionate, and caring RN to my grandfather. She is an asset to Jefferson Hospital and the network. She is amazing!
