Leo was my night nurse all three nights. He was always compassionate, soft-spoken and professional. He was the only nurse who looked up answers for us when I had questions. He'd bring them up on the flat screen and point out the details. He got to know me and was the first to help get my pain under control. Leo also did the little things he could have left to the CNAs like getting ice, making sure we had something to snack on at night and bringing blankets for the couch for my husband. Unfortunately, at one point I had to have an enema. He asked if I wanted a female nurse to do it or wait for the morning. He had inspired such trust I told him to go ahead. So gentle and professional, he made it all feel like it was no big deal. I'd recommend him to any patient without reservation.
