I don't work with Adam often. However, when I do it is always a pleasant encounter. Recently, we had an OR case that required the patient to be transferred from bed to OR table via Hoyer lift. Adam took the time both days to make himself available to us and help with operations of the Hoyer lift. Keep in mind, he also had a full assignment on the MST floor he was trying to juggle. Not only did Adam help with the transfer of this patient, but he also took time to find the Hoyer lift, place the Hoyer pad under the patient and even helped with the task in the OR that he didn't need to do. Without Adam's help, this patient wouldn't have received the amazing care they did. Not once did he complain when we called for help. His character and charisma set him apart from the rest. He deserves to be recognized for the outstanding patient care he delivers along with his teamwork. AR Gould should be proud to have Adam as part of their team.
Not only is he a great nurse, but he is also simply a great human!!
