On Sunday we began our experience with Noyes and dealt with some of your nurses and physicians. The first 2 nights we had the pleasure of beginning our experiences with nurses in the ICU. Bette was our night nurses and demonstrated care, compassion, patience, and took excellent care of our mother. Her personality and the way she approached her during the first couple of nights was simply amazing. Her experience and caring worked well with our mother and even though mom was in a "not so promising" mental state, you could see she "took" to Bette and would smile at her and respond in a favorable manner. Bette was not only fantastic with our mother, but with my brother and myself that were there around the clock. We didn't expect someone to be waiting on us or should I say, trying to. She was getting us more comfortable chairs, blankets, pillows, asking if we needed a drink and was pushing us to get some rest. She is truly a blessing for people like us, who have never experienced what our mother had gone through and the emotions it presented with it. She was calming, funny, and yet attentive to our mother's needs during this time. We absolutely think the world of her!

Bette has been here when my mother was in ICU and now for my dad. She is the most personal and caring nurse I have come across. Plus, she is knowledgeable and shares her expertise! I am comfortable when Bette is with my parents.
