Ivan's nursing skills are exceptional, always focused on the task at hand while also doing what he can to bring comfort. He made sure to always ask for pain levels and nausea so that he made sure my meds were given in a timely manner. He has a gentle manner in the way he listens well and responds. He stays focused on You. His thoughtfulness shows when he delivers a warm blanket to alleviate pain and help you rest. Never intimidating, never overbearing, always a gentleman nurse.
I could rest assured my health would improve when Ivan was my nurse. Clone this guy. He can think on his feet, compassionate/not robotic, gentle/nurturing, great communication skills, and makes sure you understand the procedures and healthcare he is providing.
