Melissa was my nurse the night of my mastectomy. She was extremely warm and kind. When I experienced pain, she was attentive and promptly coordinated with the surgeon when I needed something different. I was emotional due to the nature of my surgery, and she took the time to listen and asked me what was important to me to include on the whiteboard in my room. Overall, she was a much needed warm soul during an extremely difficult time in my life.
