I want to personally express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the care and assistance I received during my surgery and post-op recovery. Leanne was the nurse responsible for my initial care after being moved from post-op to the trauma recovery floor, and she established an immediate rapport and made me feel welcome. Leanne was professional, personable, passionate, caring, trustworthy, and she provided the best care possible. The stress and anxiety of surgery, recovery, and hospital stay were significantly relieved under her care and vigilance, which directly affected my recovery. I didn't worry because I trusted Leanne and knew I was in good hands; that I was being checked on, my medications were correct and on time, the room/restroom were kept clean, and most importantly I was able to relax and rest. Leanne did not hesitate or seem putout if I asked for help with discomfort, my neck brace, walking or going to the restroom or any other request. Her dedication, passion and genuine care for her patients are exemplary. Please thank Leanne for a job well done and ensure MNM Leadership is aware of the outstanding nurse and person that Leanne is and the level of care she provided.
