Amy Wilson is a valued member of the Cerner team, and certainly within the clinical space as a critical care nurse. She goes above and beyond to empathize with our clients and meet them where they are from the perspective of understanding Cerner. She has provided substantial value in collaborating with sales and helping drive business discussions forward, both in her role within the SAO to her current role on the Investor Owned team as a Healthcare Executive. Clients, especially those critical stakeholders who happen to be physicians or nurses, see her as a peer with extensive knowledge of Cerner's functionalities, and Amy brings a passion to her knowledge that never ceases.
Amy is an absolute advocate for our client's clinical teams, ensuring that she has a complete understanding of their workflows, how they support our solutions, and if they are the most efficient and optimized workflows operationally for our clients. The bottom line, she will make sure that our solutions and workflows do what they need to do for our clients - and if not, she will diplomatically pull in internal Cerner resources to address the gaps or inefficiencies.
Amy takes each challenge she is presented and attacks it with all of her energy. Her transition from the SAO team to representing nursing leadership on the IO team has been smooth and a large value add to our clients. She has an eye for detail and optimization opportunities, while always keeping the bigger picture across our clients in the foreground of her work. She is a pleasure to work with and our clients have quickly latched onto her energy and expertise. She is the consummate team player and has quickly become a mentor to our project teams on how to manage large, complex clients.
The addition of Amy Willison to our team shortly before the COVID-19 Pandemic has been nothing short of a miracle. The leadership that Amy brings to the table, coupled with her healthcare acumen has helped to further many ideas into changes with our Tenet Counterparts. (PowerForm Build, Auto-Text Design, mPage design, etc.) Amy is also a true team player. Her first ask of me was to introduce her to all our Tenet team solution leaders. She is building lasting relationships and respect due to her functional concepts and solutions
