Right from the start, Michelle made us feel comfortable and at ease. She has a very sunny disposition and put smiles on all of our faces. She tended to all of my father's needs with extreme efficiency, care, and compassion. Her competence, put us so much at ease that we did not feel as if we had to stay by his side all the time. When she found out that he was a veteran, she acknowledged it and related to him with her service. She immediately went and put a sign by his door to recognize his service to our country. She also kept us abreast of what was going on and explained things as they came up in terms we could understand. She is an outstanding young lady! She also performed wound care on a family member of ours and that meant a lot to us and my daddy.
