Nicole has been with us from the very start and has been so wonderful working with us to coordinate outpatient blood draws, explaining procedures, medicines, side effects, and coming up with ideas for nutrition, whatever we needed. She sits and chats about all things that put him at ease and really makes a connection on a personal level. Even if Nicole isn't our nurse, she comes over to say "hello" and check in with us, and takes the time to chat for a minute. She is our Earth Angel.
