Allison was caring for my 89-year-old father who has advanced dementia and had a CBI. The professionalism, skill, compassion, respect, and dedication she brought to his care was truly remarkable and deeply appreciated by him and by his family. I cannot praise or thank her enough.
When I arrived in the morning, my father had been placed in mitts due to concern that we would dislodge his catheter. Alli suggested and obtained a Posey vest - something that eased my father's agitation greatly (since the mitts could be removed) while mitigating any risk that he would pull out his catheter. Late in the afternoon, some blood clots clogged my father's catheter. Alli spent time manually irrigated the catheter all while treating my father with the utmost kindness and compassion.
Extraordinary is an understatement. Alli is an amazing nurse and I am grateful for her work with my dad.
